Glossary: CRM interface and API

API resource and method names do not always match the wording of the corresponding section in the BigBen CRM interface word for word — the interface is Russian, and section names are sometimes chosen independently of the English API terms. If your school contact asked you to "accept requests from the site" and the API has no requests resource, use the table below to map the CRM section name to the right API entity.

Other interface sections are named the same as the corresponding API resources — «Филиалы» (Filials) ↔ filials, «Группы» (Groups) ↔ groups, «Ученики» (Students) ↔ students, «Платежи» (Payments) ↔ payments, «Уроки» (Lessons) ↔ lessons, «Справочники» (Reference data) ↔ subjects/programs/levels — and are not listed here.
